How do I order?

We perfer you call us to place your order to ensure everything is correct.

May I buy just one of a product?

Yes, you can call us, and we will give you the name of our store closest to you.

Once I place my order, how long will it be before I receive it?

Depending on the size and details of your order, as customized orders take approximately 2-6 weeks.

What is your refund policy?

Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect your order. If you need to return any of your items, please call us immediately to let us know what you will be returning.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a 20% fee for restocking materials will be placed on the credit card.

Can I return a custom order?

Custom orders can not be returned unless it is incorrect or damaged.

How do I pay?

We accept major credit cards.

What do you charge for shipping?

Fees depend on weight and size of box. Shipping fees start at $4.95.

Who do you use for shipping and what are your policies?

We use FedEx as our shipping company, with pickup at our warehouse daily. FedEx has been our primary shipping provider for several years and provide us with the least expensive rates available.

Do you offer COD?

No, orders must be paid for in advance.
