How do I order?We perfer you call us to place your order to ensure everything is correct.May I buy just one of a product?Our cases comes in packages of 50 to 100 and up. (minimum $50.00) Once I place my order, how long will it be before I receive it?You should receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks depending on volume,and special orders.
What is your refund policy?Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect your order. If you need to return any of your items, please call us immediately to let us know what you will be returning. Can I cancel my order?Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a 20% fee for restocking is charged to your credit card. How do I pay?First time orders we accept major credit cards or COD. After that we can
put you on a net 15 pay.
What do you charge for shipping?Fees depend on weight and size of box. Shipping fees start at $4.95. Who do you use for shipping and what are your policies?We use FedEx as our shipping company, with pickup at our warehouse daily. FedEx has been our primary shipping provider for over ten years. Do you offer COD?Yes, but there is an extra charge for shipping on all COD orders.
